Long term rentals
Valid in the month October-November-December-January-February-March.

(The prices include Water consumption and electricity and exclude final cleaning).
Final cleaning: 125 euro / 175 euro with pets.
In addition, it is also possible to book Long Term Rental at a lower monthly rent and the consumption of electricity is charged extra according to consumption.
This is an honest method and especially for people who use electricity economically a cheaper solution!!
Long Term Rental: Valid in the months: November-December-January-February-March.
For a period of 1 month, the price is: 650 euros per month
For a period of 2 months, the price is: 600 euros per month
For a period of 3 to 6 months, the price is: 550 euros per month
(These prices include water consumption and excluding electricity consumption and excluding cleaning costs).
Bond: 300 Euro Short-term rentals / 500 Euro Long-term rentals
We charge 300 Euro (500 euro at long-term rentals) security deposit for our apartment. This amount will be returned to you approximately one week after your departure, after everything has been controlled by our key holder and found to be good. If something has broken during your stay, please report this to our key holder.
Should it be necessary, you will be charged extra cleaning costs for extreme pollution.
Payment
- 50% of the total rent upon booking.
- 50% of the total rent plus deposit, plus cleaning costs, 6 weeks before holiday start.
