Reservation and cancellation

You can pass at any time cancellation or modification.

You can also designate a replacement tenant.

All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing via email.

Cancellation fees will be charged to offset any loss of income because we hardly can rent the house.

 

The costs are the following:

Time before arrival

If we cancel

If you cancel
More than 6 weeks 100% refund, of the total amount that has been paid 25% from the rental costs will not be paid back
Between 4 and 6 weeks 100% refund, of the total amount that has been paid 50% from the rental costs will not be paid back
Between 2 and 4 weeks 100% refund, of the total amount that has been paid 75% from the rental costs will not be paid back
Less than 2 weeks 100% refund, of the total amount that has been paid 100% from the rental costs will not be paid back

 

It is not refunded in case of force majeure. For example, natural disasters, strikes, war etc.

We may cancel the booking if at death the property must be sold. We will then offer you an alternative. If you do not agree, then the amount paid will be refunded.
